    Why Chris Garrett Doesn’t Suck

    May 3rd, 2008 by Stephen

Posted in Blog, Blogger Interviews, Follow Your Dream |

Here we are at SOBCon in the afternoon session. Chris Garrett of chrisg.com just gave a terrific presentation on how to get more bang out of your blog.

    High points:

    Create, Communicate, Promote, Learn

    Repeat

What does this mean for being productive? These four steps can be used to improve nearly any process.
Think about how you manage your e-mail or your in-box.

    Create a system.
Communicate it to those who use it.
Teach them how to make it work.
Learn from any opportunities or mistakes.
