Going to SOBCon 2008

April 15th, 2008 by Stephen

Welcome back! It's good to see you again. Please note that I am now publishing all new material at my hub site: In Context Blog

Building the blog bizHere’s the program we’ve put together for SOBCon08:

The Presentation/Workshops About Biz School for Bloggers

Using a unique Presentation/Workshop model, we’ll push theory into practice – the conference is designed to build solid action plans tailored to attendee’s individual needs. Each speaker will present a 20-minute talk with a direct business application.

Then six-person “mastermind” teams will work together to establish actionable objectives for that part of their business. Through this process, attendees will compile and build a complete Business Action Plan by the end of the day.

We’re delighted these outstanding professionals have agreed to share their expertise:

Anita Bruzzese, Brian Clark, Lorelle VanFossen, Chris Garrett, Muhammad Saleem, David Bullock, Chris Brogan, Liz Strauss, and Wendy Piersall.

This is going to be a very exciting weekend, and I am really looking forward to it. As part of the preparation, I’d like to ask the readers, (that means you!) if there is anything in particular that you would like to see me report on, or ask about while I am there. I will be posting photos of the event at a special Flickr account that I will be setting up shortly.

Here is a video that I made to share with the participants that describes my plans for the future:
