    Thanks for visiting!

Friday is my day for doing my Weekly Review, and in the spirit of sharing my progress toward my January Goals, here is how I have done so far this month:

    • I have been 100% in keeping my GTD journal scoring, this Sparkline shows the progress so far this month - - Fridays are the best scoring, two weeks in a row.
    • I have been able to clear my in-box to empty every day except Wednesday.
    • The Project Planning work has been going slowly. Goalpost moved to 23 Jan.
    • I managed to publish 14 posts, which looks like more than the goal of 6-9 posts, but some of them were links to other bloggers that I wanted to share. Only 6 were actual content, rather than commentary.
    • Average subscriber count was 592, with a high of 621 on Tuesday. The goal of 650 is achievable.
    • I did not write any more content for the Squidoo lenses that I have planned. I have this work slotted for today, tomorrow and Tuesday of next week.

Overall, a pretty good week. How are you doing? Leave a comment.

First time visitor here. There is a certainly a lot of animation on the screen. I think I’ll subscribe just to avoid the fact that I keep staring at the flashing “Earn $$$, Join Widget Buck$” advertisement.

    2. Stephen Says:

Well, thank you for subscribing, and, ah, I am sorry that the ad in the sidebar bothers you. It kind of bothers me too, since it slows down loading and does not seem to have the kind of books that I think my readers would be interested in.
      It’s gone.

    3. PlanGuy Says:

Wow, that was fast. I came back today to find no animation in the advertisements section.

I also enjoyed the joke. I think by nature, most project managers are little obsessive compulsive about two things.

      #1 Getting things done
#2 Finding entertaining distractions that lighten things up

Thank you for the background information for new readers. I hate to admit it, and as a writer myself this bothers me, but most new readers rarely review old posts unless you link back to them in new content.

Well, thanks for coming back! I generally give new ideas a week or so to see how they turn out. Widgetbucks: not so good.
I didn’t like how long it took to load, and yes, you are not the first to mention that they don’t like animation.
