Saving Project Quality

December 4th, 2007 by Stephen

Posted in Forum, GTD, Planning |

Welcome back! It's good to see you again. Please note that I am now publishing all new material at my hub site: StephenPSmith.com

In response to yesterday’s post on defining the terms of a project, Rolf at Evomend had a comment about Quality:

…whenever project managers are under pressure and think they can’t “adjust” any of the Time, Cost or Scope factors, they’re tempted to compromise Quality.

Have you seen this too? Is Quality something that needs to be laid out as a guiding Principle in the initial planning stages? Is Quality something you would be willing to compromise?

Please discuss in the Comments:

If you found this post useful, please share it with your friends on Twitter using the tinylink http://tinyurl.com/6zt6d2. Thanks, I appreciate it! Feel free to comment below, I enjoy discussing these ideas. ~@Stephen
