Planning - Taken to the Extreme

I was a Catering Sales Manager for hotels for about seven years, and I managed about 900 weddings during that time. I thought that I had seen everything.

    I feel sorry for the groomsmen, who are going to get chewed out by the bride for not following the instructions. Some gals turn into monsters when they put that white dress on!
