    Friday Morning Zen

    Mind Like Water

    Master your words.

    Master your thoughts.

Never allow your body to do harm.

Follow these three roads with purity

And you will find yourself upon the one way,

    The way of wisdom.

This is full of wisdom! If we can’t hurt with the things we say, and we can’t hurt with the thoughts in our mind, then mastering ourselves with respect and dignity, then it would be very hard to harm someone with our body!……… Very nice!
